The over night shift here are AMAZING!!!! Very prompt and respectful. They never have a bad attitude and are the BEST!!!!

The lady who runs the night shift with the tattoos, is always super friendly and polite, havent had a messed up order yet! By far the best BK in saint Joseph. But just by observing throught the drive windows, they seem to be understaffed.

Food was thrown together sloppy display. The restaurant was slow inside as well the drive through so there wasnt any reason for it. Tastes good though. The place was pretty dead. No music just the noise from the kitchen. The ladies were great though. Service was quick, friendly, knowledgeable, and came with a smile. Thanks girls Came for breakfast what a sour visit. New management is doing great on service but come on, the prices, the size of the food, now diners have a 30 minute meal time? There "quality" sign says they make everything to order so that it's fresh but if you look at the other photo clearly they are making variety of sandwiches ahead of time, and then check out the size of their burrito next to my sausage biscuit, wow what a joke!

Must give update. Have not eaten here in very long time (over a year ago). The food was pricey. Fries was hot and delicious, (order onion ring) . The drink was outstanding a strawberry sprite was very refreshing. Just a note must order sauce if want any.

I noticed there are a lot of bad reviews on here about people having to wait for extended periods of time (in the drive thru) or getting home and the food is cold. Frankly, my wife and I just ate here and we had a great experience! We did have to wait a few minutes for our order, but it looked like there was only 3 employees working, their drive thru had a bunch of cars, and the girl who helped us was real friendly (considering how busy they were) and apologized for our wait, which was not a big deal. We both got the new BK Ch' King (1 plain, and 1 spicy w/cheese). Both chicken sandwiches were prepared (as ordered) and served to us hot and fresh! Please remember, before you rip on a place - especially a fast food or fast casual restaurant, keep in mind many of these businesses are extremely short-staffed right now. Be good to the employees who are there, because they're likely having to cover multiple positions.
